In the interview, Helen Keller presented her views on the achievements of the ECtHR and explained into more details her dissenting opinions in a few selected cases International law expert Helen Keller was appointed Judge at the European Court of Human Rights in respect of Switzerland in 2011. She was a member of the United Nations Human Rights Committee (2008-2011), a visiting researcher at the ECtHR in Strasbourg (2009) and is a professor of law at Zurich University.
