Consumer Contract Law
About the project
The objective of the project is to study the development of EC legislation concerning consumer contracts, the implementation of this legislation in Norway and other European countries, and the impact of different national legal principles and tradition – the existing legal culture – on the implementation of Community consumer contract legislation, and vice versa.
