To commence planning education and research cooperation between Birzeit University (Palestine) and the Department of Criminology and Sociology of law (UiO), a one day seminar has been organized to bring together voices interested in Palestine.
The conference is open for everyone.

Dr. Moslih Kanaaneh is the chair person of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Birzeit University on the West Bank, Palestine.
Sa´d Nimr is a sociologist and a lecturer at Birzeit University at the Faculty of Arts. Sa´d Nimr is also chief of the ministry Bureau at the Ministry of detainees and ex-detainees affairs, Palestine Authority.
Jørgen Jensehaugen is Editor of Babylon - Nordic Journal of Middle East Studies, and Research Assistant at the International Peace Research Institute, Oslo (PRIO)
