The main objective of the workshop is to ensure a shared basis among legal scholars, political scientist and political philosophers associated with PluriCourts with regard to concepts central to PluriCourts: International courts, effectiveness and legitimacy.
This conference seeks papers pursuing empirical, normative, comparative or theoretical approaches to the study of ICTs. We welcome contributions from law and social science, including philosophy, sociology, criminology, psychology and history.
