Chapter V - Legal Responsibilities
Customs offices can impose fines amounting to no more than the C. I. F. of the import goods or the F. O. B. of the export goods upon the consignee or the consignor who knows clearly or should know that their goods have infringed upon the intellectual property rights of others.
