Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Methods on Export Quota Bidding with Compensation
(Promulgated by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on April 29, 1996)

Chapter 1 - General Provisions

Article 2

The scope of commodities under the compensated quota bidding scheme shall be: export commodities subject to State planned and voluntary quota administration. The detailed catalogue of commodities subject to compensated quota bidding shall be determined and published within the above-mentioned scope by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation(hereinafter referred to as MOFTEC).
