Interim Provisions on Guidance for Foreign Investment
(Jointly promulgated by Decree No.5 of the State Planning Commission, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on June 20, 1995)

Article 13

Any party which uses deceit or other illegal means to win approval of foreign-funded project shall bear legal responsibility in accordance with law and in line with the seriousness of the case. At the same time, the examination and approval organ shall revoke the approval. The case shall be adjudicated by the responsible department in accordance with law.
