The inspection, superintending and surveying organizations designated or accredited by the State Administration of Commodity Inspection and the commodity inspection authorities, which do not exercise their duties according to the stipulations or fail to meet the specified requirements through inspection may be ordered to stop their inspection, superintending and survey on import and export commodities and order them to make improvements within the time-limit. If they still fail to meet the requirements beyond the time limit, their qualification of designation or accreditation shall be canceled.
