Chapter IV - Procedures and Implementation of Penalties

Article 26

For a case which has been filed under investigation, the acts of violation of the commodity inspection regulations and rules are clear in fact, the evidence reliable and complete, the punishment shall be given according to law and the punishment decision shall be made respectively.

The punishment decision shall be made by the legal representative of the commodity inspection authorities.
