The administration over the collection of the agricultural tax, the animal husbandry tax, the arable land occupancy tax and the contract tax shall be conducted in reference to the relevant provisions in the Law.

The administration over the collection of the tariffs, vessel tonnage tax and taxes withheld by the Customs service shall be conducted in line with the relevant provisions in laws and administrative regulations.
