32.1 A party who knows that any provision of the Arbitration Agreement (including these Rules) has not been complied with and yet proceeds with the arbitration without promptly staling its objection to such non-compliance, shall be treated as having irrevocably waived its right to object.
32.2 In all matters not expressly provided for in these Rules. the LCIA Court, the Arbitral Tribunal and the parties shall act in the spirit of these Rules and shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that an award is legally enforceable.
