start of 1994 Our first communication with UNCITRAL was early-1994 when we requested permission to reproduce their material. UNCITRAL has been so kind as to supply us with much of the related material we present here. Our first material from UNCITRAL arrived in November 1994. We have since visited the UNCITRAL Secretariat in Vienna in March and May 1995.
