Chapter IV: - Objection To, Revocation And Replacement of The Arbitrators
The authority of any arbitrator may be revoked by written agreement of the parties.
If there is a valid ground, the judicial authority provided for in Article 3, at the request of one of the parties may also terminate the authority of an arbitrator.
