Chapter IX: - Final Clauses
The cantons shall determine matters of procedure before the judicial authority provided for in Article 3. Decisions as to the appointment of or objection to the arbitrators, revocation of their authority or their replacement shall be subject to summary procedure.
The cantons may vest jurisdiction in part or in whole, in accordance with Article 3 (a) to (e) and (g), in a judicial authority other than that provided for in that Article. In this case, the parties may, notwithstanding, submit their applications to the high court of common civil jurisdiction of the canton.
