Chapter II: - The Arbitration Agreement
The arbitration agreement shall be in writing.
It may take the form of a written declaration whereby the parties agree to adhere by the statutes of a body corporate provided that the declaration expressly refers to the arbitration clause contained in the statutes or rules made under them.
