CMR - Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) as amended by Protocol of 1978 (Geneva, 1978); Concluded under the auspices of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. The Protocol affects Article 23: replacing Article 23 paragraph 3 and; adding paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 to Article 23. The Amended Convention came into force 28 December 1980.
