Section One - Rules of General Application
2.1 The Court does not itself settle disputes.
2.2 The Court administers any arbitration submitted by the Parties in compliance with these Rules.
2.3 The Court may also act as appointing authority and/or administer arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules if the Parties have so agreed in the Arbitration Agreement.
