21.1 The periods of time fixed by the Tribunal for the communication of written statements should not exceed 45 (forty-five) days. However, the Tribunal may extend the time-limits if it concludes that an extension is justified.
21.2 Briefs or submissions are exchanged or deposited within the time-limits fixed by the Tribunal.
