Section Three - The Award

27. - Form and effect of the award

27.1 In addition to making final award, the Tribunal is entitled to make interim, interlocutory, or partial awards.

Where there are three Arbitrators and one of them fails to sign, the award shall state the reason for the absence of the signature.

27.3 The award may be made public only with the consent of both Parties.

27.4 Originals of the award signed by the Arbitrators are communicated to the Secretariat by the Tribunal in a number equal to the number of the Parties and then immediately sent to the Parties the Secretariat. The Secretariat keeps a copy of the award.
