Section Three - The Award
28.1 When the arbitration is closed, the Tribunal delivers the relevant file of the proceedings to the Secretary General.
28.2 The Secretary General, upon request of the Parties, will deliver, at Party's expense, certified copies of any papers in the Court's possession that may be required in judicial proceedings relating to the arbitration.
