The colloquium is organized by the universities of Messina and Palermo, Italy in association with the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, University of Oslo, Norway and the Institute of Maritime Law, University of Southampton, England and and under the auspices of the Italian Association for Maritime, Air and Transport Law – AIDINAT.
The Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law and the Institute of Maritime Law in Southampton is coordinating this network, which arranges seminars every second year.
