MarIus 383: The Role of Environmental Civil Liability in Regulation of Marine Oil Pollution in Norway

-This paper is a part of my master studies in environmental and development economics at the University of Oslo, the author Ekaterina Denisova explains.

-The starting point for the analysis is my interest in environmental economics. Environmental economics issues need often an interdisciplinary approach due to their complexity. Endre Stavang and Erling Eide - at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Law - helped me specify the topic and focus on the analysis of the most important Norwegian oil pollution legislation, she tells.

Denisova is currently employed at Statistics Norway, working with information society statistics.
