Andrew Mitchell and Gus Van Harten guest researchers at PluriCourts

Two guest researchers join PluriCourts on 3 August: Andrew Mitchell (Melbourne University) and Gus Van Harten (York University, Canada).

Andrew Mitchell is Professor at Melbourne Law School, Director of the Global Economic Law Network, a member of the Indicative List of Panelists to hear WTO disputes, and a member of the Energy Charter Roster of Panelists. He will stay at PluriCourts until 2 October.

Gus van Harten is Associate Professor at Osgoode Law School, York University, Canada. His Research interests include administrative Law, international Investment Law and arbitration, inquiries and investigations. He will stay in Oslo until 30 August. Van Harten will participate in the workshop "Empirical perspectives on the legitimacy of international investment tribunals" (Oslo, 27-28 August 2015).

Mitchell and Van Harten will both hold seminars during their stay in Oslo. Please consult the PluriCourts events calendar regularly for the concrete dates.
