News Update on International Criminal Tribunals

The International Criminal Law group at PluriCourts regularly provides updates on news related to international criminal tribunals which will be presented here. Here is the first update.

News:

  • The Prosecutor of the International Crimimal Court (ICC) requested judges for authorisation to open an investigation into the Situation in Georgia.

  • The African National Congress (ANC) plans to withdraw South Africa from the ICC.
