Kjersti Lohne and Jan Petrov New Guest Researchers at PluriCourts

PluriCourts is happy to welcome two new guest researchers this week as Kjersti Lohne (PRIO) and Jan Petrov (Masaryk University) join the team.

PluriCourts is happy to welcome two new guest researchers this week.

Kjersti Lohne is a senior researcher at Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO). She will be strengthening the International Criminal Law team at PluriCourts for six months. Lohne is examining international forum shopping among international courts and judicial fora by Guantánamo detainees’ defence counsel and human rights organizations. Jan Petrov is a PhD candidate at Masaryk University, Brno. Petrov will be joining the Human Rights team at PluriCourts for the coming six weeks. His PhD project analyses the impact of the European Court of Human Rights on national policies. You can hear more about his work at a seminar Tuesday 3 May.
