Seminar on Transitional Justice and Human Rights in Nepal

After a decade long war, Nepal is subsumed in a process of transitional justice and constitutional reform according to the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, which seeks to address a wide range of human rights. Dr Bhattari will provide an overview of the transitional justice process, the process for constitutional reform and the role of courts.
