SERP to Host a Workshop in Nepal for the Judiciary
SERP continues its engagement with the Nepali constitutional process by hosting seminar entitled: Human Rights and Social Justice in Nepal, for Nepali Judges, governmentattorneys, judicial service officers and legal practitioners.
The seminar will take place on 11-13 February. Malcolm Langford and Andreas Føllesdal from the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights will present, along with other prominent speakers including Justice Pius Langa: former Chief-Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
The programme is jointly organised by the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights and the Nepal Judicial Academy as part of the new Global School on Social Rights Adjudication.
