Natalia Torres Zuniga is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, University of Oslo. She is also a visiting researcher at Kent Law School (Canterbury, UK). Natalia holds a PhD in Law from the University of Oslo, a Master in Constitutional Law from the International University Menendez Pelayo and the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies (Madrid, Spain). She also holds a bachelor degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. In the professional side, Natalia has worked as a Legal Advisor at the Constitutional Court from Peru and the National Parliament from Peru. She also has worked for NGOs and as an independent consultant.Between 2016 and 2021, Natalia has been a guest lecturer of international human rights law at the University of Oslo, University El Rosario (Colombia), Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. Previously, in Peru, Natalia has performed as a teaching assistant of Constitutional Law (fundamental rights, democracy, constitutional change) at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
