Ms. Sarah Biddulph, BA LLB Syd, Barrister and Solicitor Vic is a Senior Lecturer in Law and an Associate Director China Asian Law Centre, University of Melbourne.
She is currently conducting research on policing: administrative detention and legal reform in China.
