The research group aims to create meeting places for scholars and practitioners with an interest in commercial law and.

About the Group

The research Group covers different disciplines within Commercial law; contract law, corporate law, torts, property law, mortgage and bankruptcy, as well as capital market Law.

These disciplines have great practical significance, and structural changes in the society create new research needs.

Many important legal issues touch many of the disciplines, and the research group will facilitate the coordination of research efforts. An important purpose of the establishment of the group are therefore to create a meeting place for scholars with common interests and for academics and practitioners.

The research group was established 1.1.2017.


The research group will arrange lunch-meetings every Monday from 12-13 in Kjerka or Lødrups kjeller, Domus Media West.
