Law suits against defaulting sovereigns

The thesis examines sovereign debt contracts in the international credit market (including sovereign bonds) and how they are sought enforced within different jurisdictions when a sovereign defaults.It further examines how different countries seek to limit the possibility of enforcing certain contract rights within its jurisdiction through national legislation.
