Beyond SMART: Exploring new avenues for future research collaboration

The research group Companies, Markets, Society and the Environment is hosting this workshop to explore new avenues for research collaboration in addition to the newly-launched H2020-funded project Sustainable Market Actors for Responsible Trade (SMART).

We are especially interested in discussing interdisciplinary research projects concerning the governance of corporations; corporate groups; investors and finance; and the public sector in its many roles as market actor; within the planetary boundaries framework. There are several external funding opportunities that we can investigate, including new H2020 calls.

Scholars who are interested in attending this workshop are also welcome to register their interest to attend the SMART workshop, 12-13 April, where we have a few places open for external scholars.

We have some limited funds for travel and accommodation. We ask interested scholars to register as soon as possible, and no later than 29 March.

If you are interested in connecting, but cannot attend the event, please send an email to
