Purpose
The purpose of the thematic group is to bring together and create an environment for research into legal frameworks for the exercise of public authority and business activity across the departments of the faculty. The group brings together researchers from the Department of Public and International Law, the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, the Department of Private Law and the Centre for European Law. The purpose of such a cross-cutting forum is to stimulate the development and exchange of knowledge and expertise in administrative law and business regulation.
