Law and Social Network Analysis

Network analysis theories and methods from sociology are now being used to research legal doctrine, actors and institutions.

Three recent papers from (remarkably) three different institutes at the faculty will be briefly presented and followed by a discussion. There will also be a short introduction of the rising use of network analysis methods in both law and legal sociology.
