Konferanser og seminarer
To dagers avslutningskonferanse i Oslo med boklansering for prosjektet Offentlighet og ytringsfrihet i Norden, 1815–1900
Two-day conference in Oslo on how international law has been constructed and applied in Nordic public spheres and abroad
Universitetet i Oslo arrangerer det tredje norske rettshistorikermøtet.
Don't miss this conference on sustainable business models! We will discuss how historical and institutional development of business models can be interpreted in light of what we today call the concept of ‘sustainability’ and how both contractual practices and regulation create incentives and obstacles to sustainable business behaviour. The presentations follow the paths of business firms from sixteenth century Europe to the future.
What are the manifold connections between judicial attitudes to political and ethnic minorities in times of repressive state policies?
After 1814, the Norwegian Constitution was the only European constitution in force based on modern popular sovereignty. All other constitutions from the revolutionary period had been abolished. The idea of the Conference is to study the interest in and impact of the Norwegian Constitution in constitutional and political debates in other countries.
En workshop for utvikling av prosjektet "Offentlighet og ytringsfrihet i Norden 1815‒1900".
