Folkow is currently working on a PhD thesis with the tentative title: "Foundations and boundaries for clauses restricting competition in employment relationships; Norwegian law in a comparative light". Folkow will write the thesis in Swedish.

Background

Folkow comes from a position as lawyer with employment law as her field of expertise. She has over twelve years of experience from legal work, mainly from business law firms, but also from public authority and district court. Folkow has a background from studies in both law and economics at the University of Gothenburg.
