Call for papers
– submission information including closing dates
Submission of preliminary abstract for papers to be presented at the conference in parallel workshops or as poster presentations by 2 May 2011 to Associate Professor Beate Sjåfjell at firstname.lastname@example.org. Abstracts should be about 500 to 1,000 words, and accompanied by a short biographical statement of the presenter.
The abstracts will be reviewed promptly, and selected submitters will be invited to prepare draft papers for the second round. All submitters will be contacted by 12 May.
Submission of draft papers by 20 June. A paper should be between 5,000 and 10,000 words inclusive of footnotes. Notification of acceptance will be made by 27 June.
Authors of the best papers will be invited to submit their papers for review for the University of Oslo Faculty of Law Legal Studies Research Paper Series, on SSRN. A selection of papers from the conference will also be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
- There is no conference registration fee for scholars whose papers are accepted for presentation (including poster presentations). All contributors are invited to participate at the conference lunch during the second day of the event. The conference will conclude with a reception for all participants.
