Jan Dalhuisen is a leading expert in international commercial and financial law and Professor at King’s College at the University of London, the Miranda Chair in Transnational Financial Law at the Católica University in Lisbon, and is also a Professor of the University of California Berkeley, and has held important Visiting Professorships in Continental Europe, China and Australia. Professor Dalhuisen’s main expertise is in international arbitration and litigation, and in modern financial products and financial regulation. He is the author of Dalhuisen on International Insolvency and Bankruptcy and Dalhuisen on Transnational and Comparative Commercial, Financial and Trade Law. He has written several other books and many articles on international dispute resolution, on the transnationalisation of commercial and financial law, and on international finance, financial products, and financial regulation.
