Viktor Weber

Faglige interesser
Viktors hovedrolle ved Instituttet er å gjennomføre forskning på de juridiske aspektene av karbondioksidfangst og lagring (CCS) innenfor rammen av NCCS-konsortiet. Bortsett fra dette prosjektet er han også interessert i kommersiell og miljømessig maritim rett, energilov og politikk.
Bakgrunn
Viktor ble medlem av Universitetet i Oslo i 2018. Tidligere var han postdoktor ved National University of Singapore og en seniorforsker ved University of Southampton innen kommersiell maritim lov. Viktor holder sin lovgrader fra University of Southampton, hvor han studerte for en LLB med European Legal Studies, en LLM i Maritime Law, og en PhD med tittelen "Environmental Liability from Offshore Carbon Dioxide Sequestration in the European Union."
