PluriCourts Lunch: Using International Courts to enforce sexual and reproductive rights.

The third PluriCourts Lunch introduces guest researcher Camila Gianella Malca who will talk about using International courts to enforce sexual and reproductive rights by focusing on the case of Peru´s forced sterilization and abortion cases.

Camila Gianella Malca (Christian Michelsen Institutt, Bergen) holds a PhD in psychology and is currently at PluriCourts as a guest researcher. Her areas of expertise include health rights and legal institutions, gender politics and global health, development and governance.

She has worked as researcher and consultant for projects dealing with issues such as the right to health, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, mental health and transitional justice. She has also worked as a counselor in HIV and tuberculosis services.
