Book Launch: A Farewell to Fragmentation. Reassertion and Convergence in International Law

PluriCourts and Cambridge University Press welcome you to the book launch of "A Farewell to Fragmentation. Reassertion and Convergence in International Law".

Cambridge University Press recently published the first book in the new series Studies on International Courts and Tribunals. The book series is a cooperation between the PluriCourts Centre for the Study of the Legitimate Roles of the Judiciary in the Global Order, University of Oslo and CUP. The book is called "A Farewell to Fragmentation. Reassertion and Convergence in International Law", edited by Mads Andenas and Eirik Bjorge.

Commentators: Judge Christopher Greenwood (International Court of Justice), Professor Eyal Benvenisti (Lauterpacht Centre for International Law) and Dr. Philippa Webb, King's College London.
