Malcolm Langford is Professor of Public Law at the University of Oslo. He is Director of the  Centre on Experiential Legal Learning (CELL), a Centre of Excellence in Education (SFU),  and Co-Director of the Centre on Law and Social Transformation at Chr. Michelsen Institute and the University of Bergen.
