Visiting Professor of Philosophy Reidar Kiljan Maliks will present on the topic "Kantian hopes and hesitations for international courts".

Maliks specializes in political philosophy and the history of political thought. Much of his work has been on, or inspired by, Immanuel Kant. He is the principal investigator of the project Kantian Foundations of Democracy, sponsored by a FRIPRO grant of The Research Council of Norway, during 2021-2024.
