Guest researcher Johann Ruben Leiss will introduce his new research project "The Role of European National Courts in Matters of European and Foreign Affairs: A Comparison between Norway, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom".
Leiss is an Associate Professor at the Høgskolen i Innlandet, Lillehammer. He obtained his PhD from the University of Oslo in 2019 for his thesis 'COURTS AND SOURCES - On the Systemic Relevance of Article 38 ICJ Statute for ‘Global Adjudication’.
