Professor Pierre Bodeau-Livinec will present on the topic "The role of international courts and tribunals in the empowerment of non-State actors. The case of judicial reliance on the Articles on State Responsibility".
Professor of public law at the Paris Nanterre University. Bodeau-Livinec's research focuses on the law and governance of international organizations legal personality in international law and the law of international responsibility. Bodeau-Livinec has been involved in numerous proceedings before international courts and tribunals, including the ICJ and the ICC.
