New guest researcher: Jay Krehbiel
Jay Krehbiel is an Assistant Professor in political science at West Virginia University, and will be a Fulbright fellow at PluriCourts during the fall semester.
His research interests are in judicial institutions and judicial independence. His work uses game theoretic and empirical methods to consider how domestic political conditions affect the behavior of international and domestic courts.
While at PluriCourts, he will be working on a series of papers examining how the political and economic environment in European Union member states impact the decision making process at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
