Professor Christina Voigt has written a chapter on "Climate Change and Damages" in the recently published "Oxford Handbook of International Climate Change Law".
This volume edited by Christina Voigt explores the interlinkages between the UNFCCC guidance for REDD+ and other international legal regimes. It aims to examine how and to what extent REDD+ is embedded in the international legal framework. Prof. Voigt has also contributed with two chapters to the book.
