English language proficiency requirements for studying Master and PhD programmes taught in English.
There are some scholarships available for Master and PhD degrees through the Norwegian Quota Scheme, a funding scheme offered by the Norwegian Government to students from developing countries, Central and Eastern Europe, and former Soviet states.
Norwegian Centre for Human Rights
The NCHR offers a two-year Master’s degree in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights. The degree is taught in English.
University of Oslo
The University offers over 50 Master's degree programmes taught in English. (All Bachelor's degrees at the University are taught in Norwegian language only).
The University also offers several PhD programmes taught in English.
