The Council of Europe at a Turning Point: Human Rights and the Rule of Law Under Pressure

Europe is facing a period of increasing pressure on human rights, democratic institutions, and the rule of law. This seminar brings together three key European voices to provide insight into how the institutions of the Council of Europe are addressing these challenges in practice. Through different perspectives, the seminar explores both the relationship between the European Court of Human Rights and national courts, and the work of developing common European standards for the rule of law.

This seminar will be held in Norwegian except for the last speaker's presentation.

For more information see the event's page in Norwegian here.
