The Academic Forum webinar on “Costs in International Investment Dispute Settlement” will take place on Tuesday, 7 June 2022, 3 - 4 pm Vienna time, during the next UNCITRAL WGIII informal meeting. The webinar will feature presentations by Freya Baetens, Gabriel Bottini, Susan Franck and Rob Howse. It will be moderated by Catharine Titi.
The webinar will also be the opportunity to present the new Academic Forum concept paper on "Comparative Costs and Financing of Permanent Dispute Settlement Mechanisms”.
